Processing Time
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks (excluding holidays and weekends) for order processing before an order ships. Because orders are custom, we require additional processing time. *For any national weather delays, please allow additional business days for processing.
Shipping Delays
Please keep in mind that we rely on the same tracking information provided to you by the carrier once a package leaves our facility. If you have a concern/issue regarding your delivery and your tracking link shows your package is in-transit, please contact the shipping carrier for further information.
In the unfortunate event that your tracking information states your order was delivered and is lost/stolen, please contact us for further assistance.
Please note that we are not required to replace your missing merchandise and it is up to the discretion of our customer support team to create a resolution per individual case.
Tracking
When your order is finished with processing, you will receive a separate email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 - 72 hours for the tracking link provided by the carrier to accurately update and generate the status of your package.
Returns
In order to be eligible for a refund, return the product within 7 calendar days on delivery of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged, unworn. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. This includes smell, perfume, and scents. Items that are not returned in their original state will NOT BE ACCEPTED. We do not refund shipping charges. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed. Cancellations are not accepted once order is placed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
